Welcome to Samhna and our apps and services (including but not limited to Daypad, Strand, and Patty-related services). By using them, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We provide software for productivity, capture, and creative work. Features are as described in each app and on the App Store. Some capabilities depend on device features, network access, or third-party services (such as Apple iCloud).
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and device security. Do not use accounts for illegal activity, infringement, or interference with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary.
4. User content
You retain rights in content you create. You grant us a limited license solely as needed to provide and improve the service (for example sync, backup, and display to you). Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or breaks the law.
5. Intellectual property
Samhna, product names, interfaces, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
6. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For force majeure or third-party outages, we will try to help but do not guarantee immediate restoration.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or adjust the service. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the service and delete app and account-related data at any time (via in-product guidance or by contacting us).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the domicile of Hangzhou Samhna Technology Co., Ltd., unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
