2. Information we collect
- Account data: If you register a Patty or related account, this may include email, phone number (if enabled), and Sign in with Apple identifiers.
- User content: To-dos, notes, conversations, and similar content, kept on your device by default; if you enable iCloud or similar sync, those services’ terms apply.
- Optional analytics: Only with your explicit consent may we collect anonymous or pseudonymous usage data for product improvement. Off by default.
- Website visits: This site is static; we do not run our own tracking pixels here. Hosting providers may retain routine server logs.
3. Purpose of use
To provide accounts and product features, maintain security, respond to support requests, and — with your consent — improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing and third parties
We may share the minimum information needed with infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting, email/SMS, and Apple). When you use Sign in with Apple or iCloud, Apple’s privacy policy applies.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. In local-first products, much of your content remains under your control on your device or personal cloud account.
6. Your rights
Where applicable law provides, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information linked to your account. Contact us at contact@samhna.com.
7. Children
Our products are not directed primarily at children. If you believe we have collected a child’s information in error, contact us so we can delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date on this page and, where appropriate, noticed in the apps.
